3.500 years of history under your horse’s hooves! This tour will satisfy a dream come true. Riding along the Beach on a gorgeous horse that starts at our stables. From the hilltop of Vlychada, going through the volcanic canyons and cliffs created by the great Minoan volcanic eruption scattered 3,500 years ago. The volcanic ash, spread throughout the route, creates a cinematic landscape waiting to be explored and captured. Each step taken with the horse offers a new point of exploration. Then we will walk along the famous Black Sandy Beach (Eros beach) stepping on black lava stones and into the sea whilst admiring the white hills of Vlychada that was created by the volcanic ash.
On the Beach there will be an opportunity to capture amazing photos of the breathtaking scenery in this tranquil and isolated part of Santorini.
